Clean Collab Returns Policy

IMORTANT: Please email us at contact.cleancollab@gmail.com if you have a problem with your order. We will help you through the process.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Because we print on demand and profits are donated, we only offer refunds and exchanges for an issue with the order such as:

1. Incorrect size, color or design

2. Missing items

3. Shipment lost in transit

4. Products defective or damaged

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as information on why you are returning your product. Please send all return requests to contact.cleancollab@gmail.com before you ship your returning items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

If you need to return an item that was purchased on sale, and we accept your return, you will be refunded for the sale price. All refunds will be in the amount paid for the returned items.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the incorrect size, style, or color that you ordered. If you need to exchange your items, send us an email at contact.cleancollab@gmail.com and we will help guide you through the process. 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to our manufacturer: Printful Headquarters 19749 Dearborn St, Chatsworth, CA 91311.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
